- Partial waiver; applied only to the out-of-state tuition portion

Non-Resident Waiver
Pursuant to HB 851, Florida Statute 1009.26, 海角社区shall waive out-of-state tuition and out-of-state financial aid fee for students who attend a Florida secondary school for three consecutive years immediately preceding high school graduation.

Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Form
Congressman C.W. "Bill" Young Veteran and VA Educational Assistance Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Program
Pursuant to the Board of Governors regulation 7008. (3) (n), 海角社区shall waive out-of-state tuition and out-of-state financial aid fee for an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Services, the United States Reserve Forces or the National Guard, who physically resides in Florida while enrolled at UNF. This waiver has been amended as of July 1, 2015, to include any user or dependent who receives VA educational assistance and resides in Florida.

Grandparent Waiver
Eligible students with grandparents residing in Florida may be eligible for a tuition and fee waiver for out-of-state costs up to 110% of total degree hours.
Freshman applicants may request a waiver application after submitting an application for admission. Students who qualify for Florida residency should not seek this waiver. Please see the , as well as the Student Financial Services waivers webpage, for more information.
Eligibility requirements:
- Classified as non-Florida resident
- Admitted as an undergraduate, full-time student
- Minimum test scores of 1340 SAT, 29 ACT or 96 CLT
Only a limited number of waivers are available, and they are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
