About the SOC
The 海角社区Student-Led Security Operations Center (SOC) is a dynamic hub where students gain real-world cybersecurity experience while contributing to a safer campus environment. Through our innovative program, students engage in hands-on training, allowing them to develop essential skills in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. Participants will work with security professionals at 海角社区to hone their skills, enhancing their resumes and providing valuable experiential learning that bridges the gap between academic theory and practical application. As we move Northward together, we empower students to take flight in their cybersecurity careers while fostering a secure community for all.
Real World Experience
- Work as a part-time security analyst, with industry-leading tools from Microsoft and Fortinet, using real world data.

- No experience is required.
- Preference is given to sophomores and juniors.
