Writing Position Descriptions

Position descriptions provide the knowledge, training, education and skills needed for each job. Informing employees what they need to know to perform their jobs successfully and fulfill the mission of the University sets the employee up for success and helps prevent misunderstandings. Position descriptions are available for all Administrative & Professional (A&P) and Support Staff (USPS) positions.
