Apply to the Honors College

Begin Your Application!

Hicks Honors College applications are available until June 30, 2025 or until all available spots are filled.

Step 1: Be admitted to the 海角社区

To apply for the Hicks Honors College, you must have already applied and been admitted to UNF.

Step 2: Fill out the Hicks Honors College Application

Once you have been admitted to UNF, you can use the steps below to submit your Hicks Honors College application:
  1. Go to the  page
  2. Log in using the same email and password you used for your admissions application
  3. Fill in all required fields
  4. Upload letters of recommendation (optional)
  5. Submit your application

Step 3: Upload materials

If you were unable to upload your letters of recommendation when you submitted your application, or would like to include a video essay, sign back into your  and upload them via your checklist.

Step 4:  Check your application status

Once you have submitted your application, check your 海角社区email and  page for updates to your application status.

Please Note: The Hicks Honors College does not accept delayed admissions. Any incoming first-year 海角社区student who wishes to apply for Honors must apply for and participate in the complete Honors First-Year Experience. Current 海角社区students may apply as early as their second semester at 海角社区for admission to Honors the following semester.
