The John A. Delaney Student Union has over 10,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space and several outdoor programming venues. Our friendly and professional staff will guide you through the reservations process from start to finish.

Event Locations
Osprey Plaza
- The Osprey Plaza is a partially covered area between the East and West Student Union buildings available for a variety of event types.
- Outdoor shared space
- Available rental equipment: tables, folding chairs, speakers, microphones, adapters, basic lighting, outdoor projector & screen
The Green
- The Green is an outdoor shared space, located between the Fine Arts Center and Thomas G. Carpenter Library.
- This space is reserved, but not maintained or managed, by the Student Union.
- Limited equipment rental and service options (must pick up and return to Student Union Administration Office)
J.B. Coxwell Amphitheater
- The Coxwell Amphitheater includes a covered stage, ideal for outdoor gatherings, philanthropy events, and movie nights.
- Maximum capacity: 6,000 people
- Size: 108,000 sq.ft.
- Available rental equipment: tables, folding chairs, speakers, microphones, adapters, basic lighting, outdoor projector & screen
Union Lawn
- The Union Lawn is a grassy area located between the Coxwell Amphitheater and Osprey Plaza.
- Available rental equipment: tables, folding chairs, speakers, microphones, adapters, basic lighting, outdoor projector & screen
Tabling Locations
- Osprey Plaza, Library Walkway, Peace Plaza, The Green, and Boardwalk
- Outdoor shared spaces that are reserved, but not maintained or managed, by the Student Union
