Compliance Certification
During the 2009 reaffirmation process the 2008 Edition of the Principles of Accreditation: Foundation for Quality Enhancement (adopted December 2007 and effective January 1, 2008) was used. There have been two revisions since the 2008 edition. For the 2019 Reaffirmation, the 2012 Edition of the Principles of Accreditation: Foundation for Quality Enhancement (adopted December 2011 and effective January 1, 2012) will be used.
Because the 2009 Reaffirmation Compliance Report will be used as a baseline for constructing narratives of compliance, it will be necessary to know when a change has occurred between the 2008 and 2012 editions.
