What Is The Future Of Academic Integrity?

An event sponsored by the Office of Interdisciplinary Programs within the College of Arts and Sciences, the Office of Faculty Enhancement, and the Florida Blue Center for Ethics

Friday, Feb. 23 from 10 a.m. – Noon
Thomas G. Carpenter Library, Room 2102A

Claudine Gay. Marc Tessier-Lavigne. Artificial intelligence. Replicability crisis.

Emerging technologies and recent events have drawn attention to anxieties about the future of higher education. We invite faculty to reflect and discuss these issues–as well as their positive visions for research, scholarship, and creative production in the future. Our roundtable participants will give a short position statement and then we will open up for a larger conversation among all attendees. Please join us for this free event!

Roundtable participants: Jenny Lee Convo, Kally Malcolm-Bjorklund, Amber Barnes, Stacey Hobbick, Sandeep Reddivari, Joshua Gellers, J. Adam McGalliard, Drew Thoeni, and Greg Gutkowski
