I. STATEMENT OF REGULATION
This regulation is established to manage the establishment, reclassification, relocation, and closing of educational sites geographically apart from the main campus. Educational sites include international educational sites, educational sites located in other states, and for the acquisition of real property on which such educational sites will be located.
- The 海角社区 will establish, reclassify, relocate, and close educational sites in accordance with Florida Board of Governors (BOG) Regulation 8.009, SACSCOC Substantive Change policy, and the Code of Federal Regulations 34 C.F.R. Part 600 , , and
- Establishing and closing an instructional site, as defined in BOG Regulation 8.009, shall be approved by the Provost and/or Vice President for Administration and Finance as appropriate.
- Establishing and closing a special purpose site, as defined in BOG Regulation 8.009, shall be approved by the Provost and/or Vice President for Administration and Finance, and/or the appropriate Dean with delegated approval authority.
