Paystub Online Navigation Guide
Laptop/desktop
- Log in to the myWings portal with your 海角社区Login ID (Ex. N01234567@unf.edu) and password
- If prompted choose a Duo authentication method
- Select "Employee" from the left “My Resources” menu
- Under the Employee Resources menu, select the “Banner Self-Service” square
- Select Pay Information, then Pay Stub
- The Select Pay Stub Year page will appear (Note: The Pay Stub Year defaults to the current year) then select the Display button to continue
- The View Pay Stub Summary page will appear then select the associated Pay Stub Date link and your pay stub will appear.
Mobile
- Open the 海角社区Mobile App or Log in to the myWings portal with your 海角社区Login ID (Ex. N01234567@unf.edu) and password
- If prompted choose a Duo authentication method
- Select the "Employee" tile
- Under the Employee Resources menu, select the “Banner Self-Service” square
- Select Pay Information, then Pay Stub.
- The Select Pay Stub Year page will appear (Note: The Pay Stub Year defaults to the current year) then select the Display button to continue
- The View Pay Stub Summary page will appear then select the associated Pay Stub Date link and your pay stub will appear.
Printing
- To print the pay stub, on the View Pay Stub Detail scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Printer Friendly button.
- The printer-friendly version of the pay stub will appear. (Select Ctrl+P on your keyboard to print) If the printout of your pay stub does not print on one page, change page settings - orientation from landscape to portrait; adjust margins (left, right, top, and bottom).

Electronic Form W-2 Tax Statement
As an alternative to a paper Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements, 海角社区 employees may elect to receive their Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements electronically online through the MyWings Employee-Self Service System. Please read the entirety of this notice and provide your consent to receive all future W-2 Wage and Tax Statements exclusively in electronic format.
Advantages of the electronic Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement:
- Earlier employee access to the Form W-2 Tax and Wage Statement
- The electronic Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement can never be lost, stolen, delayed or misplaced by the U.S. postal service or by the employee.
- Accessibility to the electronic Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement from anywhere the employee has access to a computer.
- Access to the form is securely protected through 海角社区myWings portal.
- The electronic copy will contain all information and formatting required by the IRS.
Consent to Receive Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement in electronic format in lieu of paper form.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) allows the use and distribution of Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements in electronic form in lieu of paper forms. In order to do so, employees must consent to receive their Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements in electronic format by completing the following steps:
- Go to the UNF
- Enter your 海角社区ID and Password to Login. Choose your authentication method if prompted
- Select the Banner Employee Self-Service tile.
- Under the Employee Services, Select "Tax Forms"; then the "Electronic W-2 Consent" link.
- Read the Electronic W-2 Consent Statement, check the "Consent to receive W-2 electronically:" box.
- Select the Submit button.
You may revoke your consent and receive a paper Form W-2 through myWings by completing the following steps:
- Go to the UNF
- Enter your 海角社区ID and Password to Login. Choose your authentication method if prompted
- Select the Banner Employee Self-Service tile.
- Under the Employee Services, Select "Tax Forms"; then the "Electronic W-2 Consent" link.
- Uncheck the checkbox next to the statement "Consent to receive W-2 electronically," and click Submit to save your changes.
Notice: Employees who consent to receive their Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement online will not receive a paper copy of the Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. If an employee does not consent, they will continue to receive a paper copy of the Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement and will be mailed to their permanent/legal address. An employee who chooses to receive their Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement online can also receive a paper copy of the W-2 Wage and Tax Statement by contacting the Payroll Office. Request for a paper copy does not withdraw the employee's consent for electronic delivery of all future W-2 Wage and Tax Statements. The employee can change their option and withdraw consent to online delivery by un-checking the consent check box and clicking the Submit button, by e-mail or other written notice to:

If consent is withdrawn, it will only be effective for W-2 Wage and Tax Statements not yet issued. The provision of an employee's Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement by electronic format will automatically cease upon the employee's termination of employment with the 海角社区.
Corrected W-2's and Paper Copies
If you received an electronic W-2 that is subsequently corrected, you will receive a corrected W-2 electronically and you will be notified that myWings has been updated within 30 days. If the email is returned as undeliverable and you have not provided a new e-mail address, the corrected W-2 or notice will be furnished to you by mail or in person. Corrected W-2s will be available on myWings until October 15 or the next business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, or 90 days after the corrected form is posted, whichever is later.
Employees are responsible for updating their contact information. You may make changes to your permanent and mailing addresses in myWings by completing the following steps or by contacting the Office of Human Resources or Payroll Office.
- Go to UNF
- Enter your 海角社区ID and Password to login. Choose your authentication method if prompted
- Select the Banner Employee Self-Service tile
- Select the Personal Information tab at the top
- Select the Update Address(es) and Phone(s)
If your employment with the University ends, any W-2 will be provided in paper format.
The hardware and software requirements needed to access and print electronic version of the W-2 form include a device with internet access, a current or latest web browser, Adobe Acrobat Reader. (optional to save the W-2 form in soft copy), and a printer capable of printing the W-2 form in landscape layout. The electronic version of the W-2 form will be available on UNF's mywings portal for at least 5 years from its original posting.
All employees should be cognizant that the Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement, even when provided electronically, should print the W-2 Wage and Tax Statement for personal record keeping. Each year's online electronic W-2 Tax Statements will remain on myWings Employee Self-Service through October 15th.

Online W-2 Consent Form
- Go to the UNF Enter your 海角社区ID (example: n01234567) and Password to log in. Choose your authentication method if prompted.
- Select "Employee Resources" in the left menu
- Select "Tax Information"; then the "Update My Consent" link.
- Read the Electronic W-2 Consent Statement, check the "Consent to receive W-2 electronically:" box.
- Select the Submit button.
You will see the Electronic W-2 Consent information and form. Carefully read the Electronic W-2 consent statement. To consent to receiving your W-2 tax statement in electronic form, click the "My Choice" check box and then click the "Submit" button.
You will receive a system generated email confirming your election to receive your W-2 electronically. Note that the consent is valid for all subsequent tax years unless revoked by you, upon termination from the 海角社区 or this service is not supported in a future given tax year.

Online W-2 Wage and Tax Statement
- Go to the UNF
- Enter your 海角社区ID and Password to Login. Choose your authentication method if prompted
- Select the Banner Employee Self-Service tile in myWings.
- Under the Employee Services, Select "Tax Forms"; then the "W-2 Year End Earnings Statement" link.
- On the Select W-2 webpage, use the Tax Year dropdown list to select the W-2 year; the Employer or Institution defaults to the appropriate information, i.e., 2022 and 海角社区.
- Select the Display button.
- If you have not provided electronic W-2 consent as required by the Internal Revenue Service or had previously revoked consent, a dialog box message will appear. Select the Ok button to continue which will take you to the Electronic W-2 Consent webpage. Refer to the myWings Online W-2 Consent Form guide. If you elect not to provide consent, you will not be able to proceed or view your online W-2 form.

If you had provided consent, this will now show your W2 wage and tax statement. Note that the W2 wage and tax statement below is a representation of the actual W2 wage and tax statement form. To obtain the actual W2 wage and tax statement used for your tax filing, select the "Print" button.

Online Electronic W-4 Tax Form
Access W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances
- Go to the UNF Enter your 海角社区ID (example: n01234567) and Password to log in. Choose your authentication method if prompted.
- Select the Banner Employee Self-Service tile.
- Under the Employee Services, Select "Tax Forms"; then the "W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances" link.
- The W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances webpage will display your current W-4 tax information. To view and/or print a current W-4 tax form, select the Print button which will display the representation of the actual W-4 tax form. Select the Go Back link to return to the W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances webpage.
Update W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances
- Select the Update link at the bottom of the W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances webpage.
- Follow the prompts and complete all the required fields
- Once you complete the form select one of the following buttons, as appropriate.
- If the changes are correct, Certify Changes button.
- If the changes are incorrect, Restore Original Values button to start over with the original values.

Save a copy of your Tax Update Confirmation
The Tax Update Confirmation webpage to confirm the changes is displayed. It is recommended to view, print and/or save a soft copy of your updated W-4 Withholding Certificate tax form for your personal records. To do so:
- At the W4 Tax Update Confirmation webpage, select the W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate link.
- The W-4 Tax Exemptions/Allowances webpage is displayed. Click the Print button.
A representation of your updated W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate tax form is displayed. Here you can print and/or save a soft copy of your updated W-4 tax form.
You will receive a system generated email confirming your updated W-4 Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate information.
