Veterans to Teachers Program

Earn a Certificate & Gain Confidence in the Classroom

The 海角社区 College of Education and Human Services has created a new Veterans to Teachers program that is currently enrolling veterans who are wishing to gain graduate-level teaching certificates.

This project targets Governor DeSantis' new "" initiative to recruit veterans to enter teaching using education rule changes that allow Florida veterans to receive college credit for military courses and waiving the bachelor's degree requirement.

The course certificates and programs have been developed by 海角社区Department of Teaching, Learning, and Curriculum faculty to provide veteran educators with the skills needed to succeed in the classroom.
